Rest in Peace, Old GoAnimate

After January 4, 2016, HTML5 has finally come to GoAnimate. That means Comedy World and all other non-business themes are removed. Over the past years, those themes were best for the whole platform, but now, they are retired because of the HTML5 meteor hits the world of the old platform, ridding non-business themes. However, all business-exclusive themes were fine. I'm so going to miss the old platform so darn much. The good news is, GoAnimate for Schools is still there with the non-business themes, but not going to sign up for it because it's limited to not to have violent assets. This means I'll be leaving the platform and moving to the alternative platform that I heard about.

The alternative platform I'm referring to is "HoverAnimation." That was the new GoAnimate alternative that has all non-business themes, old and new sound effects, etc. It was supposed to release tonight, but because of the delay, the site will launch in April instead. Though there may be no catch in HoverAnimation, the best part is, I'll be making more CollegeHumor and Dorkly-style videos on it. After its launch, I have another special video for you to watch. The special video will be a Dorkly one.

If you're not familiar with CollegeHumor, I can explain it to you. CollegeHumor is a comedy-based video collection that has animation, sketches, and other categories. CollegeHumor used to be funny with fun videos like Dinosaur Office, Kim Jong Un, Furry Force, Batman, Jake and Amir and other fun videos, but now, CollegeHumor is no longer funny because of the feminist propaganda and the SJW videos. Especially the bears video that has comments disabled.

As for Dorkly, it's similar to CollegeHumor as it is a part of the CH Media, but has animations that spoof video games and a special one, Pokemon Rusty, a special about Rusty, a Pokemon Trainer who is the very worst and forced to help out with the deli instead of trying to be the very best trainer. There are only 15 episodes and won't be any more.

Now that HTML5 is here, I'll be leaving GoAnimate and moving to HoverAnimation. In the mean time, I still have a lot of ideas to work on and a special similar to Pokemon Rusty if HoverAnimation launches in April. It was nice knowing you, old friend. Ciao and I'll never forget you.

UPDATE:

Just want to update this post to sadly say that HoverAnimation is never happening because of copyright infringement to GoAnimate. How? The upcoming site ingringes all of GoAnimate's assets and subsequently its patent. And now, most people are angry because of it. Sorry, everyone. You can still go to the school platform, which has all non-business themes, until HTML5 hits it next year.
