Low Availability RPG games are causing high demands + My RPG game rental issues

I just found something very important. Have you noticed that these RPG games that are a high demand causing them to start out at Low or Very Low? That's what upsetting the fans. It's probably because of the ads and commercials. Besides, I found a bad situation. Many people been looking for alternatives while waiting for them to increase its availabity. That also includes me. That was right before I'm having a tuna sandwich for dinner yesterday.

Not only the situation was about high demands causing Low Availability games, but I have some RPG game rental issues to deal with as well. To do that, I need to rent the upcoming RPG games that are going to be released in February, which is tomorrow! Once I got them out of the way, I'll be able to rent the two RPG games Cross Edge and Trinity Universe. They are NIS' RPG games that are colorful and more evident at nighttime. Also, with Ragnarok Odyssey Ace being around the corner, I'll re-rent the original one and beat it. For the time being, I'll probably be finding other games or keep playing League of Angels to hold me off until Bravely Default releases to the US.

Not to worry, fans, it'll be a smack dab in the middle and be over before you know it!

League of Angels - review

When you put MMO and RPG together, it creates the genuine kind of RPG gaming that brings fans to enjoy. MMO stands for Masssive Multiplayer Online. Although the genre was a substitute to RPG gaming. Mainly, the MMOs are big in Japan and they are published worldwide throughout the whole world. In other words, this MMOJRPG has the best quality and gameplay. Let's move on to the review and read it.

The Story:

A young hero was stranded on the island. He or she is coming to the young girl for a basic training. She informs the hero that the Structure of Power lost the aura that brings the world to live. To do that, a hero will need is an angel to help him/her on his/her journey.

The Gameplay:

League of Angels' gameplay is similar to other MMOJRPGs because you click the spot where your hero will go. If you want to head to the objective, click it on the bottom right corner. Also, there are various things like forging, using the Astral Stars and more. There are some rewards that can choose you ahead of time. Every reward you choose, minutes are added.

The battle system looks similar to Fire Emblem because of the automatic battles. In order to win a battle, you need to strengthen up your hero via equipment, Astral Room and forging. Your angel is your helper. The Rage gauge increases when your hero attacks. When it reaches 100%, the power is critical. To use it, click one of the bubbles. It's a mix of other RPGs.

The Astral Room:

The Astral Room allows you to strengthen up your hero even more and points are earned when levelled up. Don't forget to use it or you'll be on edge. As stated above about the battle system, the power of the Astral will help you get through battles.

Forging:

It's a method that weapons are strengthed up. When you have enough Gold, your weapon increases. Also, synthesizing is another method in the Forging category. It allows you to combine equipment to establish a stronger equipment. It costs money to do it as well. Think carefully.

Other Stuff:

There are other stuff like recharging, accepting or denying friend requests, creating your team and many more. Some stuff allow you to sign up an account for certain things. It's not worth it and it's a pretty lazy overall. After certain conditions meet, you've earned a possibility to have a title. To earn a title, you earn prestige in battles and quests. As the game progresses, things change.

The Best and the Worst:

In other words, League of Angels is an amazing MMORPG. The battle system, forging, everything. All other methods are amazing. Although, it's worth a try and can hold anyone off until RPG games are released. Also, this Japan exclusive MMORPG wasn't Sony exculsive, though. The game has all of its fast paced action that you can build up to. I recommend it to everyone. If you want to play League of Angels, then you came to the right place.

Pros:

+Amazing gameplay experience
+Automatic battles made from Fire Emblem

Cons:

-Sprites look tedious

League of Angels is a great MMORPG. Thanks to Japan's hard working on them, it's even evident at nighttime, courtesy of NIS. Of course the game is Japan-exclusive, but the game's overall has been researched! I'm declaring League of Angels a Best RPG Game for 2014 while I give it a solid 9.0 for Superb.

February's RPG game releases are approaching!

Anyone hyped up for the RPG game releases in February? I know I'm really hyped up as well! If you want to know about February's RPG game releases, then get hype! Many of you discovered the traditions and the excitement that RPG games are going to hit store and rental shelves next month! As you may know, January isn't that much because no RPG games are going to be released this month. Next Saturday is a new month!

Bravely Default and Lightning Returns are the first 2 RPG games to be released and available for renting in the early February, so get hype! I have them ready in my queue to rent them the moment they come out so I don't have to go through all that again! This process is called pre-renting and it's the best strategy.

Future goals for my reviews

It's been awhile since I haven't been into the site for a long time. Now that I'm back, I have some future goals for my reviews. First off, my some of my reviews have grammatical errors and they are flawed. That's the past goal. My reviews doesn't meet my standards and wouldn't even make it to the top. Now, here's how my new reviews that will work in the future.

-Research the game's gameplay, story and overall.
-Make sure the sentences connect.
-No grammatical errors.
-Use the Best and the Worst section for a declaration for Best RPG Game of the Year.
-Try to make the paragraphs as long as possible.
-Use the right pictures.

These are my above future goals for my reviews that can cause my reviews to make it to the top.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star - review

Many years ago, the very first RPG game called Paper Mario was released for the Nintendo 64. After the Gamecube game called Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door releases, Nintendo became an outdated company when they stop making Gamecube games. The company moves on to the Wii game Super Paper Mario. Also, after a while, Nintendo takes a next step forward on the 3DS.

Back in 2012, Nintendo has finally developed the latest Paper Mario game of the series and it was released. So, what would happen when Nintendo keeps doing the series? How will the overall development for the company pay off? Well, let's read the review about the latest game of the series!

The Story:

The Sticker Fest is an occasion for the Sticker Star. It was a greatest occasion. However, the purple aura goes flying around. It's the malicious work of the evil tyrant named Bowser. During the festival, the aura flows and it's actually a dream. A crash landing crumbles the legendary hero named Mario. After he straightened out, a strange voice is heard. Someone looks like a silver crown. That sticker looks like a crown named Kersti. She will be accompanying Mario and his journey for Comet Pieces and Royal Stickers.

Using the Power of the Stickers:

There are stickers scattered across the world. You can pick them up with the A button. Also, you can get as many stickers as you can and put them in the Sticker Album. However, your album will be full. In order to get new pages, you earn a special sticker called the Royal Sticker. They are found at the end of the level while the Comet Pieces are scattered across the levels.

The Gameplay:

The battle system allows you to use the power of the stickers. To enter battle, touch the enemy. You choose a sticker from the album and you're all set! Be careful, if you use up all of them, you'll be on edge and you don't have other choice but to flee. Stickers are considered your ammo. Using regular stickers isn't the only thing, but you can use super effective ones that came from Things being flicked to the board to become stickers in the Thing flicker. They are better than using regular stickers.

If you want to use more than one sticker, press the X button to spin. It costs 3 coins. If you want to use 2 stickers, the objects match in 2. For 3 stickers to use, the 3 objects need to match. Use your strategy to defeat all enemies at once.

Paperizing:

To use the Paperizing skill, press the X button. It allows you to bring the world back to the way it was and make it better. It goes like this, if you see a purple hole, use the Scraps to fix it. Simple as that! However, Kersti is required for this.

The Best and the Worst:

Paper Mario: Sticker Star is an RPG game that can be played by kids as well. It's not a Japan exclusive, but it'll turn out. Fans of the series love it, many will love, few will hate. Although there's no party members, but it's okay. The overall gameplay will be the most important thing.

Pros:

+Paperizing is a great idea
+Great music quality

Cons:

-Some enemies are annoying

Paper Mario: Sticker Star isn't that bad of an RPG game. Not as good, but the overall story is really confusing everybody. I may not declare best RPG game for 2014, but I'm giving it a solid 9.0 for superb.

No RPG games to be released this year in January

Well, it's safe to say that we don't have any RPG games to be released in January. It's because I looked at January's releases and not a single RPG. So it's a safe bet that this year in January didn't have any of them. Not to worry, because next month, we'll be seeing RPG games hit stores to the US and will be available for renting. This is to let you know that it's a sad thing that January didn't have one.

Ordered Paper Mario: Sticker Star!

Many years ago, that is an RPG game where characters are in a paper form. The first game of the series was released for the Nintendo 64, and the series is called Paper Mario. If you're a big fan of the Paper Mario series, then you should know about Paper Mario: Sticker Star now. It's an RPG game where Mario uses the power of the stickers. It was released years ago. Good news is, I have rented it!

Okay, I would rarely make myself a Paper Mario fan. In fact, BigDaddy31 did a great job on hosting the Paper Mario Theme Month in November last year and I didn't join since I'm hosting a Tales of Xillia Theme Month in December last year. I never played the game of the series, so it's nice to have a Paper Mario game anyway. Before it was released, I seen a couple of videos of it. I heard you can have a max leveled Mario and use the power of the stickers upon. This includes summoning your friends and so on and can have great portions of the game. It's sort of like Yu-Gi-Oh!, except stickers are used.

It's an RPG game, so a review will be written about it later on. This will hold me off until APEX 2014 with the live streaming of SSF2 v0.9b is finally happening while Bravely Default hits store shelves here! And if it doesn't, then I start back playing the demo version of Bravely Default. Oh yeah, I forgot, I can rent 2 games and I have one game out, so I can totally put the other games on hold for it so I can rent it the moment it came out!

Sadly, I didn't declare Paper Mario: Sticker Star best RPG game of 2013 because I didn't play it last year, but however, this may or may not be the best RPG game for 2014. I just have to wait and see!

What RPG games you've dreamed of?

Okay, there's something crazy I want to inform you. Have you guys noticed that I been dreaming of RPG games? Crazy, huh? How it goes was I went to bed, go to sleep and dream of an RPG game! It was a beauty to hold me off until RPG games traditionally hit the shelves and get news updates! Many of you have known that dreaming of RPG games may or may not increase the developers' chances of announcing dream RPGs.

Seriously, I wouldn't dream too much or I'll get RPG nightmares. Besides, if you dream of an RPG game, then things may change in your life. Basically, I have dreamed of a few RPG games that the RPG industry will be fairly upset. So far, I have dreamed of JRPGs and I'll stay that way because if I dream of WRPGs, then my brain will lose points.

rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013 - #1: Tales of Xillia

Well, the #1 game is finally happening! This is the game that was the bestest game yet! Well, my Best RPG Game that is listed as #1 was Tales of Xillia! The reason why I choose Tales of Xillia as the #1 Best Game because after a long wait, it was finally released to the west. When it was released, I found it started out at Low. After a couple alternatives in a couple months after it's released, I finally get to play it since I finally rented it! Bestest RPG game ever! Sadly, I couldn't rent it the moment it was released like I did with Tales of Graces f and The Guided Fate Paradox.

The game was celebrating Tales of's 15th Anniversary and it's one of the heaviest hitters with the loving of the battle system! After Tales of Vesperia was released in 2008, Namco Bandai had a major slump. How? Well, Vesperia was released to the west as a 360 exclusive and I heard the series is dead. The solution was Tales of Graces f revived the series as a PS3 exclusive and we get more Tales of games! It's very clear that I heard they will be staying as a Sony exclusive since it's Japan. In fact, it's really is a hit that Tales of Xillia 2 is coming to the west this year!

The game was awesome! The music and battle system was refined straight from the .hack//G.U. series, anime cutscenes are digitally remastered, their English voices are amazing and has a 3D world! Those things made me have a knack of it! When Xillia 2 hits store shelves traditionally in the US, I'll have a knack of it, too! When I picked it up from the mailbox, my brother just given me a roadblock when playing Grand Theft Auto V. I came so far and no dice! Finally, after I get to play Tales of Xillia, I felt blown away by the graphics, the gameplay and an opportunity to choose a story. In fact, I also felt blown away when I discovered that Calilica and Meruru are directly tied to each other by design, as well as pink hair and tights. It's tied with Vesperia because of the game's excellent overall. There's a Collector's Edition and a Limited Edition. Heck, I don't need a Collector's nor a Limited Edition when I'm going to rent games! I felt the same way when playing Ys: Memories of Celceta. It's where my demons hide.

Now don't get me really wrong because I enjoyed the same way I did with .hack//G.U.. It's not fair since they get it before me, so I tried Star Ocean: Till the End of Time and .hack//G.U. Vol. 3 - Redemption as my Tales of Xillia alternatives.

Thanks to this tradition, this has been rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013. Up next will be rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2014. However, it'll take a very long time. Not to worry, we just have to wait!

rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013 - #2: Persona 4 Golden

Back in 2008, the PS2 classic Persona 4 releases to the west. Then the game was ported to the PSVita. The game listed as Best RPG Game #2 is Persona 4 Golden. What I like about Persona 4 Golden was new content were added and a new character haven't seen in the original game. That new character's name was Marie. She's responsible of running a card merchandise. There are new places in the remastered version. The way I see it was my favorite parts are on Persona 4 Golden. It looks better than the original version! People say it was a heavy hitter with a lot of favorite parts. Excitedly, Persona 4 Golden was my favorite game of all time!

The reason why it was my favorite game was because there are most of my favorite parts. You know, like the omelette party was a hit. Honestly, chances are, I'm thinking of buying it since I rented it awhile ago. What I like best of my parts are the Strange Beings at the Nightclub, Visiting the Amagi Inn, the Internet Date Cafe Meeting and Ramen Revolution. You guys have known the craziness on Persona 4 Golden by now.

The way I see it was the difficulty setting that allows you to choose a difficulty setting that you're comfortable with. I choose Very Easy because it suits me. When you beat the game, you can change the difficulty. Also, I just realized that when I found the ending by the original game, I heard it's not the true ending. I also heard more Persona games are announced in favor of the true ending for Golden, such as Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labryinth, Persona 5 and some kind of dancing game. They aren't your typical games that are unforgettable. So there's no way you can quit the omelette party and go negative.

The reason why I declare Persona 4 Golden my Best RPG Game of 2013 was because of the most of my favorite parts. It's an awesome game. Sadly, the overall of the game wasn't made platinum quality, but that doesn't matter because it's listed as #2. Sadly, I couldn't get it from my brother because his money lacks the price of it. As a result, I'll re rent it. However, there are more RPG games that going to be released this year in February, like Bravely Default, Lightning Returns, Tales of Symphonia Chronicles and more.

Up next, the Best RPG Game #1 will be revealed shortly. What was #1? I'll find out later on!

rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013 - #3: Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

In the beginning of the past year, Level 5 and Namco Bandai's game Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch hits western stores and many of the people were liking it. They say it's a heavy hitter that was high in demand. The thing is about Ni no Kuni was I loved the gameplay and some people say that it was chatty as Hyperdimension Neptunia. I'm not a big fan of it, but in my opinion, it really is an RPG series for females. Chances are, men playing girls' game is a sick thing!

The one thing I like about Ni no Kuni was the combat system is refined and it has great anime cutscenes! I would consider myself a Ni no Kuni fan and make it as my favorite RPG game. With that being basically said, it's safe to say that it has some of my favorite parts, but not as many as Persona 4 Golden. Chances are, I heard they are talking about a sequel. Now don't get me too excited because I have beaten it and the ending was too darn great! The worst part in the game was very hard puzzles that can pass the wizard trials. That's what I hate about the part. Finally, I managed to solve the puzzle!

It's not an IP, but it's still a great game and it reminds me of other RPG games and in fact, Japan did a great work on the game. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was a great game. Its overall has some franchises within the Ys series. That is why I declare Best RPG Game of 2013 while listed as #3. Also, this pleases Animaniacs fans to enjoy this popular hitter.

rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013 - #4: Dragon's Crown

If you're a big fan of the 2D RPG series, then you should know about Dragon's Crown by now. It's one of Atlus' games that allows you to create your hero and go on an adventure. The objective is the Dragon's Crown, a valuable artifact that is held by the Ancient Dragon. In order to beat the Dragon, you need is 9 Talismans.

I gotta say, Dragon's Crown is a great RPG! Awhile ago, I managed to rent it and pick it up from the mailbox like other RPG games. Now don't get me wrong because I love 2D RPG games. Seriously, it's a 2D dungeon runner tied with a 3D dungeon runner named Ragnarok Odyssey. If you beat all difficulties, then the seal is permanent. I'm not going to bother playing the hardest difficulties because I don't have the skill for it.

Chances are, it wasn't a heavy hitter like other RPG games. As a result, I'm loving the aspects of it! Although their 2D sprites are tedious and not even anime style. Mainly, there's no coat of paint when I've rented it a long time ago. The overall of the game hasn't made from me, like other hitters. I listed Dragon's Crown as my Best RPG Game of 2013 #4.

Bravely Default - Demo Version out now!

Square-Enix has finally announced a demo version of Bravely Default! It's a fantasy RPG game that is a strategy game for the Nintendo 3DS. Here, it pleases RPG fans with not just compelling new turn-based combat, but a deep overall as well. The full game will hit stores February 7. It's not that long, so you can look for a game that might hold you off until it hits stores via the day!

Also, the demo version is now available on 3DS eShop! What are you waiting for? Go ahead and get the demo!

rpgfanboy's Top 5 Declared Best RPG Games of 2013 - #5: Ys: Memories of Celceta

So, 2013 was the most amazing year, huh? Man, oh man, yesterday was the best year ever! Because of that, we have most popular RPG games that were popularly released! Also, new high demand consoles are released and what an amazing year we have! It wasn't all that bad since I have graduated from high school and been living in Arizona. The best part in 2013 was a whole lot of traditional events coming your way!

We are honored to take time on choosing RPG games. For me, I usually rent RPG games. Sometimes I had a hard time on what RPG game I should choose to rent. Right now, the amnesia RPG has been cured during the New Year! Now, before going over the top 5 best RPG games that I chosen, I gotta say, 2013 has been an amazing year! Last year, we have Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. It was a heaviest hitter that hits stores in the beginning of the year! Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. It's one of my favorite RPG games of all time! Project X Zone. Although it's tied with Fire Emblem: Awakening and I feel bad about it with a whole lot of chapters and can have frustrating portions. Tales of Xillia. It's a game celebrating the 15th Anniversary and everyone, including myself is loving it! Also, there are games that have the biggest names, like Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God, Etrian Odyssey Untold, and many more! I can't wait to choose games that are declared best of 2014!

I'm going over 5 best RPG games that made it to the top 5 from me. There are a lot of RPG games to choose from. There's an RPG game that I never played on the series before. Let's kick it off with the best RPG game listed as #5, and that is Ys: Memories of Celceta. The worst thing about Ys was I never played the series before and Memories of Celceta is the only game of the series I ever played on the PS Vita. Let's face it, if you're a Ys fan, then you should know that it was a hit! The gameplay looks solid and the party system works well as Ys: SEVEN and the game has 3 men and 3 women. It refers to as Tales of Xillia's 6 character party with an even gender.

When I finally played the series, I tell my friend Kharg that Ys: Memories of Celceta was totally amazing! Sadly, I didn't get the Platinum trophy, but that's not really worth it. I didn't 100% the map and didn't get all treasures. Besides, doing side quests isn't really worth it because they are not a part of the story. I feel kinda disbanded when I'm too lazy to do side quests on Xillia. I mean, I did the most of them in Milla's side. Sure, the side quests aren't worth the story, but they are bonuses!

After I waited 2 days after the shipping of Ys: Memories of Celceta, I walked directly to the mailbox to pick it up before I asked Kharg on how awesome the game is! I felt impressed on how did he enjoyed it. You are such a great pal, Kharg. After that, I just realized the cold situation regarding to designs. Basically, I realized that someone looks like Merurulince Rede Arls. That girl was named Calilica. How? Well, as you can see, fans and Kharg, Calilica and Meruru had beautiful tights, a staff and pink hair. That ending of the game reminds me of Tales of Xillia's ending because of the intriguing injustice. In hindsight, Calilica's the typical Meruru we know in love and chances are, another injustice of design might be going beyond the line. That game has made the best of me and reminded me of the old customs of Japan!

The gameplay is great! Extra Skills worked like the Tales of's Mystic Arte feature. Hey, you know what will be great, everybody? It would be great if Namco Bandai, XSEED and Falcom Corporation join forces to make a Tales of game with the Ys cast! Tales of Celcetia might sound good of a suggestion to me. I hope it's being announced because the Tales of series is my forte! Besides, Memories of Celceta was a great game and I have chosen it as my best game listed as #5. Also, I have a review written about it!

Ys: Memories of Celceta - review

Nihon Falcom Corporation is a company that was founded in 2012. In 2013, the latest game of the Ys series is celebrating Ys' 25th anniversary, knowing the series was a hit! Mainly, the RPG game series taken to the next generation. After Valhalla Knights 3 was released, Marvelous USA and XSEED join forces and have published the first Ys game for the PS Vita.

The previous series were for the PSP. In fact, there were 2 games for the PSP. If you're a big fan of the Ys series, then chances are, you have the perfect and golden opportunity to read the review of Ys: Memories of Celceta!

Welcome to Celceta:

Celceta, a vast forest where animals and living things come together. Also, towns and cities are outside the forest. Since ancient times, Celceta becomes quite a rustic and lush land. Although the land may not be much, but it can be at peace at all times.

The Latest Story:

A young man with red hair named Adol Christin lost all his memories when doing an expedition around Celceta. Mainly, it's his main problem to forget anything. Adol Christin said, "I lost all my memories and I can't remember a thing..." It's sad that he lost all of his memories. The solution was he can restore his memories by embracing the world of Celceta.

Introduction:

Like other RPG games including Tales of Xillia, Memories of Celceta has 6 characters. The game starts out with Adol. He's the main character of the series. At first, he forgot to use a sword. Then he remembers how to use a sword. After Adol, the second character is Duren. He was found first when Adol met him at the house in Casnan. Him and Duren went to the mines to stop the situation.

The third character is Ozma. He's a citizen of Selray Village. It's a village where the tribal laws are followed. Mainly, he's willing to change his laws of the tribe. Chances are, bending the law might make Ozma a little less popular. As a result, his overall will make the best of him.

The fourth character is Karna. She lives in Comodo Village with her brother named Remnas. Her laws are affecting the village within reach. She is a ninja with throwing knives. In other words, the guild puts Remnas on edge with the malicious energy.

The fifth character is Calilica. She is located in Highland Town. Also, her friend Leeza is on edge with the mysterious power. Chances are, her and Leeza might be on edge. Basically, Calilica looks like Meruru because of the design including pink hair, tights and a staff. It's an overall fact regarding to designs.

And the sixth and final character is Frieda. Frieda lives at Danan Village and her and Duren are going out on an adventure with Adol and the others. Also, her fairy friend was named Nina.

The Party System:

The party system works exactly as the one from Ys: SEVEN. There are color orbs that represent characters. Red means Adol, Blue means Duren, Orange means Ozma, Green means Karna, Pink means Calilica and Cyan means Frieda. Although the orbs refer to as the color wheel.

By the characters' status, the attack types are shown. They are Slash, Strike and Pierce. Here's the chart below.

Adol - Slash
Duren - Strike
Ozma - Pierce
Karna - Pierce
Calilica - Strike
Frieda - Slash

On the bottom of the camp menu, a Party Ability system is shown when 3 characters are in the battlefield. It goes like this for example; if you have 3 different attack types in the battlefield, Item Drop Rate Increase will be shown on the bottom.

The Gameplay:

The gameplay to it mimics 2D fighters like BlazBlue and AquaPazza for instance because of the skill activation, combos, etc. To do normal attacks, press the Square button. Using normal attacks on enemies will let the cyan particles go to the SP gauge. It's not enough, so you can do a power attack by pressing Square when the blue aura flashes.

Also, you can use skills by holding the R button and pressing any basic button to do a skill. Skills are special moves that can consume SP. In order to learn new skills, each character will take down certain enemies. You can assign skills in the Skills menu.

There's a little circle by the SP gauge. This is called an Extra gauge. It allows you to perform a brutal and intimidating Extra skill. Once full, press the L button. Also, you can fill it up by attacking the enemies with skills. If you defeat an enemy with a skill, a "Skill Finish!" phrase flashes. Notice how Adol's Sol Breaker is a brutal move for example.

The enemies may be brutal, but if you level up, you will be stronger. Be sure to guard with Triangle and evade the enemy's attack with X. The right timing will be a Flash Guard/Flash Evade. If you do it like around 50 times, you earn a trophy.

An "Excellent Kill!" will appear if you defeat the enemy with its weakness. Also, it might score you some EXP and better results. If enemy defeated by a skill with a weakness, both phrases flash and better results will be awarded to you.

Also, you can press the Circle button to switch between the 3 characters. You can choose a character to main. (Hmm... I main Calilica because her design was directly tied with Meruru.)

Triangle-specific Actions:

They are a type of actions that can be done specifically by characters with pressing the Triangle button. Here's the chart.

Adol - Able to touch Memory Fragments
Duren - Able to pick locks
Ozma - Able to break cracks underwater
Karna - Able to remove things that hang from the ceiling
Calilica - Able to power up machinery
Frieda - Able to seal fissures

When Memories Are Restored:

Adol's memories have gone whack in the beginning of the story. To restore memories, there are blue and red Memory Fragments scattered across the map. If his memory hits 100%, you earn a bonus. It's important to establish his full memory.

The Mapping:

The map completion was shown at the map menu. If it hits 100%, you earn a special reward. It goes like this; you look for every treasure, resource and other things. Chances are, it might take a while. Don't worry, you will get used to it, though.

The Side Quests:

Like I said before, I'm not a big fan on doing side quests. They are quests that are not a part of the story. Some can be failed while most of them can be completed. Completing one will earn you rewards. Besides, these side quests are displayed on the billboard. Also, they aren't really worth it.

Puzzles Will Be Solved:

The game has puzzles on some of the dungeons. Luckily, none of them are hard because doing complicated puzzles will allow you to go to GameFaqs for tips on how to solve hard puzzles. Unless, you can use your head to solve the puzzle, though.

The Best and the Worst:

Ys: Memories of Celceta is an RPG game not meant for kids. The game's overall is very easy. Also, it's a game that Ys fans will not miss out on the fun. I gotta say it's flat out amazing! The gameplay and the overall are also amazing! Mainly, the game has made best of 2013 from me, of course. Although there's a silver anniversary edition to it since the game is celebrating the 25th anniversary.

Pros:

+Excellent gameplay quality
+Extra skills are amazing

Cons:

There are no cons

I gotta say, the game's overall has amazing quality! Excitedly, me and Kharg are rarely enjoying it! As a result, I talked to him about how Calilica looks like Meruru. Mainly, she does and I'm loving every second of the game! That design between both Calilica and Meruru makes me wanna declare Ys: Memories of Celceta a Best RPG Game of 2013 and give it a solid and perfect 10 for prime! Well done, Kharg, I'm glad you've enjoyed it, too!
