Japan's RPGs of Memories Past: Hyperdimension Neptunia

Now let's kick it off over and over with a JRPG that can be played not just by women, but men as well. If you're a male Otaku like I am, then chances are, you should at least known about Hyperdimension Neptunia by now. First off, it seems like a women's RPG game series because it has a women-only party. However, I recall that men would play it. Take video games from Barbie and Bratz for example. Men do not want to play them at all because they are video games that are designed for girls only.

The series takes place in Gamindustri, a world where nations are divided into 4 great nations. Since ancient times, Gamindustri was at peace for so long. However, the monsters ruin the peace, so the 4 great nations will bring back peace, such as Planeptune, Lastation, Leanbox and Lowee.

Mostly, the girls has some anime-style effects, like the left eye being the greater than sign while the right eye being the less than sign. The next one is the opposite eye. I was so freaked out when I saw that. If that's normally the case, I decided to be an Otaku and read between the lines correctly. The battle system looks refined with button mashing from other RPG games. There are quests to beat to earn a lot of stuff, like Credits, items and more. Beware of the woman with a giant-sized bust, showing parts of them. That what's causing the games to have a content descriptor that has something to do with parts of the giant-sized bust shown.

Overall, the series are developed by NIS as they are Sony exclusive and straight from Japan. I would want it to be on the Xbox, but Japan doesn't do well on the Xbox because both X and black mean death in Japan, which I'm upset about, and doesn't do well at nighttime either (It's a figure of speech for doesn't do well beyond the line). If you had a PS3, then I recommend being an Otaku.
